Mission

 

Exécuter et mettre en œuvre les contrôles de sécurité de l’ensemble des systèmes, données de l’entreprise, en vue de lutter contre leur vulnérabilité.

 

Responsabilités opérationnelles

 

  • Participer à l’exécution des projets multiples et complexes, nécessitant des solutions innovantes et originales ;
  • Participer aux choix des dispositifs techniques les plus appropriés aux besoins de sécurité informatique de l’entreprise (firewall, programmes de back up, cryptographie, authentification…) ;
  • Mettre en œuvre les plans de contrôles de sécurité primaire ;
  • Déployer et contrôler les sondes de détection d’intrusion (Intrusion Detection Sensor) ;
  • Implémenter les recommandations sécurité sur les Système d’Exploitation et les équipements du réseau ;
  • Administrer la plateforme de centralisation de fichiers de journalisation (SCOM platform) : contrôles des Sauvegardes et restauration ;
  • Assurer l’administration du processus de cryptage et de décryptage (Encryption File System) ;
  • Administrer l’accès des systèmes anti-incendie et des locaux qui abritent les données sauvegardées ;
  • Administrer l’outil de contrôle d’accès réseau et créer/révoquer l’accès au LAN ;
  • Identifier et gérer les incidents de sécurité informatique (intrusion, hacking, …) ;
  • Faire le suivi des points d’audit interne et externe et vérifier les vulnérabilités ;
  • Assurer la publication de la documentation relative aux politiques et procédures de sécurité ;
  • Assurer la gestion centralisée des bandes de sauvegarde ;
  • Centraliser les demandes et tests de restaurations, et faire le suivi ;
  • Former, informer et sensibiliser toutes les parties prenantes, y compris les tiers et les partenaires externes, sur les questions relatives à la sécurité du Système d’Information.

 

Diplôme

 

  • Minimum BAC+4 en Sécurité informatique, Informatique, Electronique, Télécommunications ou équivalent
  • Avoir des notions en anglais

 

Expérience Professionnelle

 

  • Min 3 ans d’expérience dans l’administration de la sécurité des réseaux et des systèmes
  • Expérience de travail dans une entreprise de taille moyenne (Société de service et ingénierie informatique, banque, assurance, finance, télécoms)

 

Connaissance

 

  • Bonne connaissance des pare-feu (Fortigate, Cisco, CheckPoint) ;
  • Bonne connaissance des SGBDR (Oracle, Ms SQL server, MySql) ;
  • Bonne connaissance des systèmes d’exploitation Windows, Linux/Unix ;
  • Bonne connaissance des langages de script SHELL, PERL, AWK ;

Mission

Contribute to guarantee a wide and excellent network coverage, through the implementation of short, medium and long term planning and optimization of transport’s networks strategy, in order to deliver both high quality of service and customer experience, aligned with Business objectives.

 

Responsabilités opérationnelles
  • Participate in studies, long-term projection work on transmission networks planning and optimization strategy, aligned with the strategic plans of the Business Lines and the company’s objectives ;
  • Perform network performance business analysis with Business Lines (Marketing, Services & Distribution…) ;
  • Gather and evaluate the needs of the company and its customers in terms of telecom systems (capacity, reliability, security, etc.) ;
  • Develop the roadmap of transmission networks planning and optimization in accordance with the defined strategy, in order to improve and guarantee the quality of the network in terms of service quality (capacity, availability) ;
  • Define the transmission networks architecture project (technical model, modeling, definition, etc.);
  • Lead the determination and design of the technical and functional specifications of the transmission networks, telecom equipment (hardware, software, implementation, etc.) ;
  • Define the components of technologies, architecture, equipment, support tools and incorporate them according to specifications ;
  • Conduct transmission networks traffic capacity planning and frequency usage to ensure the best coverage of the network, in compliance with current standards (ARTCI) ;
  • Ensure site survey and integration of a new site ;
  • Ensure the monitoring of protocols, test procedures, tests or validations of new locations ;
  • Lead studies of the conditions of use and operation of transmission networks, and develop solutions for adjustments, migrations or changes in resources and networks ;
  • Efficiently manage all transmission networks transmission projects (Rollout, swap, migration, etc.);
  • Plan and manage CAPEX budget as per technical and management requirements (Group guideline, OPCO Strategies…) ;
  • Closely track audit findings by cleaning any identified security vulnerability and mitigating any risk;
  • Manage the vendor performance, as per SLA and contracts.

Mission

 

Support the strategic development and monitoring of the whole compliance universe (regulatory, process, procedures, ethics…) for MTN CI, in order to guarantee full adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies, procedures.

 

Responsabilités opérationnelles

 

  • Build and maintain a strong Compliance universe for both regulatory obligation and policies, processes, that will be used as the base for development, enhancement, monitoring and oversight over compliance requirements in this environment ;
  • Drive the effective cascading of the Compliance strategy into the Compliance Monitoring business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing strategies and compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies and processes… ;
  • Hold relevant Business Units accountable for the implementation of effective strategies to ensure compliance to all relevant laws and regulations and policies and processes ;
  • Define and lead the implementation of standards for testing methodologies, techniques and procedures and conduct robust quality standard programme ;
  • Drive compliance audit programs to determine organisational vulnerabilities and highlight risks ;
  • Maintain continuous oversight of collection and dissemination of any regulatory, Compliance Monitoring and Testing and audit issues in order to provide ongoing advice and guidance to the Head of Risk and Compliance and concerned Business Units ;
  • Report on monitoring and testing results to the Head Risk and Compliance and assist with relevant Exco and Board reporting ;
  • Promote and support a risk minimizing culture in alignment with Compliance’s role as the second line of defence ;
