Mission of the position :
- To ensure quality service delivery through the provision of efficient and effective IT operation, while ensuring conformity with the bank’s laid down procedures/processes ;
- Manage IT risk issues that arise in daily activities at the branch level ;
- To ensure that all servers are up and running ;
- Attend to user related ;
- To ensure that all IT Security on the network are in place.
Main responsibilities of the position :
Without being exhaustive, the main responsibilities are based on administration, operation, maintenance, security, support and studies tasks, including :
- Monitoring resources usage on AIX server ;
- Monitoring resources usage on disk Filers ;
- Managing disk space usage on AIX server ;
- Managing disk space usage on disk Filers ;
- Deployment of various solution (Exchange, OCS, WSUS) ;
- Exchange mailbox backup ;
- Users creation / deletion ;
- Daily backup of Core Banking Application database to tapes ;
- Monthly test restore of the tapes ;
- Routers and firewall configuration of the corporate network ;
- Links monitoring and troubleshooting of the corporate network ;
- User’s support ;
- Monitors the functioning of the VPN link connection ;
- Maintains and updates hardware equipment ;
- Etc.

Profile required :
- Minimum 4 years of higher education in computer science, preferably an IT engineer ;
- Have already worked for at least 5 years in a field with high requirements of service continuity (Banks, Telecommunications) ;
- Have a SENIOR profile.
