We are looking for a IFMS Engineer for Philip Morris Manufacturing Senegal.
Purpose of job
Guarantees the realization of the yearly production plan by assuring the continuous availability of utility and water. Sustains building operations in the most cost efficient and effective manner considering the health, safety, comfort of occupants, and production requirements. Ensures social and offices services for the employees. Establishes and manages energy policy, provides expert-advice concerning facility management.
Skills and competences
- College/University – Engineering degree
- Overall Experience: +1 year in facility maintenance, engineering, manufacturing
- Specific Experience: +1 year in Engineering experience
Other skills
- Knowledge of Engineering processes (Mechanic and electrical). Knowledge on project management. Knowledge of utilities system.
- Coordinate, engage and develop IFMS suppliers to achieve high quality services at competitive costs in all IFMS areas, with a continuous improvement approach.
- Manage the Facilities Management budget with effective costs control management.
- Assure all the working conditions and support means and resources, 24h – 365 days, to Production areas, Supply Chain operations, as well as Offices and Operations Support facilities, fully complying with PMI, and national regulations. »
