Mission description
- Sell all vehicles distributed by CFAO Ghana PLC.
- Sell the minimum quantity of vehicles per month as defined by the Sales department.
- Establish the necessary file for any transaction.
- Ensure consistent follow up on all clients to conclude transactions.
- Ensure that all vehicles sold are paid fully or according to agreed terms.
- Create and fill up the necessary prospect or customer sheet for implementation of the customer follow-up data processing system via the required software.
- Review own sales performance, with the minimum requirement of meeting or exceeding their individual monthly targets.
- Maintain and develop good quality relationships with existing customers and staff alike.
- Gather customer information and report this information to Management.
- Always maintain confidentiality and ensure customers are dealt in a professional manner.
- Fulfill your duties in the strict adherence to the company’s compliance rules.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the company sheet.
Profile
The candidate will be responsible for helping build up the business by identifying new business prospects and selling products to them. The successful candidate must build and maintain productive relationships with clients.
