Role Purpose
To supervise the delivery of accurate, insightful, and timely analysis into the performance of the Vodafone cash business. Employs the innovative use of technology to automate and improve the quality, relevance, and timely generation of reports. Navigates large sets of data and derive meaning to deliver insights to stakeholders.
Job Responsibility
- Supervise the dissemination business performance information to key stakeholders .
•Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
•Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyse business functions and key operations and performance metrics using available BI tools.
•Leverage on available data and new data sources to advice and drive Vodafone Cash business.
•Make use of predictive models to assist with business forecasting.
•Carry out Business and Product performance analytics with focus on profitability.
•Ensure a high level of data quality for all reporting and analysis
•Design, automate and disseminate interactive business dashboards to generate actionable insights
•Train employees on the use of analytics software/tools
Professional / Technical Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or Mathematics.
•Prior experience in the telecoms industry (an advantage but not required)
•Knowledge of revenue streams within the telecoms industry (an advantage but not a requirement)
•Knowledge in SQL, Python, R , Power BI, Tableau and other relevant system software
•Experience in and good understanding of mobile money ecosystem.
•Understanding of machine-learning and data mining
•Knowledge of R, SQL, and Python.
•Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau)
POSTE 2 : Zonal Sales Manager – Accra West
Description De L’emploi
Role Purpose
To deliver zonal key performance indicators (revenue, reloads, distribution, sales) and grow market share.
Job Responsibility
- Responsible for the growth of revenue in the region. To this end, the Manager is responsible for implementing sales strategy leading to the conversion of airtime into reloads in the region.
- Responsible for the distribution of Vodafone airtime in the Region. He/she is responsible for ensuring distributors, DSAs and Associate Distributors comply with Vodafone’s distribution key performance indicators.
- Responsible for acquisitions (Mobile, VF Cash, SOHO & Fixed) and acquisition revenues from the Region. The Manager is to ensure that subscriber growth targets for the region are met working with freelancers and retailers.
- Responsible for identifying and developing the various channels for acquisitions. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the achievement of all VF Cash distribution KPIs (float & liquidity management and active agents).
- Deliver training on product knowledge to agents prior to launch and then on a need-to basis thereafter.

POSTE 3 : Digital Media Manager – Integrated planner and Buying Lead

Role Purpose
This role forms a critical part of Vodafone’s new Insourced media team, that will take full strategic and operational accountability of all biddable and non-biddable digital media disciplines (Search, Social, and Programmatic).
This change reflects the next phase of digital transformation at Vodafone, and an emphasis on delivering against its Operating Principles of Transparency, Ownership, and Independence.
Success in this role at Vodafone will depend heavily on both your credible technical expertise and experience, but also your ability to work well in an extremely fast-paced and demanding environment, and in collaborating/influencing across teams.
Job Responsibility
- Ensure we have an aligned brand and performance media strategy and makes sure our biddable and non-biddable media planning is integrated with the media agency or vendor
- Lead and implement the overall strategic planning process
- Drive integrated briefings and responses, servicing different internal “customers”, e.g. Digital Squads, Segment teams etc.
- Provide leadership across Brand and Performance planning to optimise/eradicate duplication in the insourcing team
- Provide budget allocation guidance
- Responsible for delivering effective biddable and non-biddable media planning and campaign operations.
- Plan and execute biddable media campaign
- Drive audience strategy across all biddable and non-biddable channels for execution
