Poste 1 : Senior DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
This role will have special focus on promoting DevOps model to increase developer productivity through well-orchestrated automated services in various stages of continuous integration and continuous delivery. DevOps Lead Engineer must have a very deep understanding of various development tools and technologies. This is a hands-on technical role but with a high degree of collaboration to drive cultural change and raise the maturity levels of the Continuous Delivery practices. The role holder will cross and merge the barriers that exist between the various business, software development, testing, and operations teams and keep existing networks in mind as they design, plan, and test.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and building IT solutions, install and configure solutions, implement reusable components, translate technical requirements, assist with all stages of test data, develop interface stubs and simulators and perform script maintenance and updates.
- Build automated deployments using configuration management technology.
- Deploy new modules and upgrades and complete fixes within the production environment.
- Make modules ready for production, which entails moving them according to specific procedures and documenting knowledge transfer.
- Responsible for routine application maintenance tasks which must be accomplish via strategy-building techniques.
- Create requirements and procedures for implementing routine maintenance.
- Responsible for troubleshooting existing information systems for errors and resolving those errors
- Evaluate existing applications and platforms and recommendations for enhancing performance via gap analysis, identifying the most practical alternative solutions and assisting with modifications.
- Design DevOps roadmaps for enterprise agility as well as DevOps readiness.
- Design release plan roadmap in collaboration with Chief Product Owner and Chief Scrum Master.
- Deploy/Scale incremental improvements enterprise-wide, measure progress, then return to step one to reassess DevOps capability.
- Drive automation at all stages of software development, release, operations, and maintenance.
- Craft solutions to fit the Agile practices from development, testing, to governance.
- Design, encourage and monitor continuous process improvement and Agile assessments
- Set up the tools for Enterprise DevOps delivery pipeline

- Demonstrable background standing up Kubernetes (k8s) – GKE highly preferred facing products

- Recent experience using Infrastructure as Code, Configuration Management, & Orchestration tools (Chef, Ansible, Terraform, Cloud formation, Puppet, etc.)
- A strong understanding of public cloud environments (preferably GCP)
- Experience leveraging multiple methods of working such as CI/CD, BDD, TDD, Agile and a strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
- Scripting/light application coding may be involved (Java, JS, Python)
Poste 2 : Systems Administrator
Job Summary
The system administrator is responsible for installing, supporting and maintaining servers, storage, backup and restore. He is also responsible for patch management system, Symantec Endpoint protection, and multi-factor authentication functionality. The role holder will ensure service security vulnerabilities are resolved promptly, and Group policies are administered effectively.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Administration of HP Blade Systems and Dell converged system
- Management of Enterprise storage infrastructure
- Installation, management, and maintenance of servers
- Windows and Linux system administration
- Management of central monitoring system (HP IRS, SCOM etc.)
- Data Center Management
- Administration for Multi-factor Authentication
- Administration and maintenance of messaging platform, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, proxy Server, mass mailing, CITRIX etc.
- Management of endpoint protection
- Patch management via SCCM
- Populate and Manage the Bank’s CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Meet the set Recovery Point Object (RPO) and Recovery Time objective (RTO) for all services
- Administration and maintenance of public cloud Infrastructure Platform [Azure]
- SWIFT and RTGS administration
Required Skills/Abilities
- Basic understanding of Network and troubleshooting
- Conversant with Backup Applications (e.g. NetBackup)

- Knowledge of relevant ISO standards: 20000, 27001 and 22301
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any computer science-related fields
- 4+ years’ experience in Systems/Server Administration
- Recent experience using Virtual Infrastructure technologies (VMWare and Hypervisor)
- A good understanding of managing branded server hardware: Dell, HP, IBM etc.
- A strong understanding of Active Directory services
- Good understanding of two major operating systems: Windows and Linux
- Demonstrable recent experience with working with batch files, CMD scripts, PowerShell etc.
- Good understanding of use of administrative tools: SMTP, Exchange, Proxy, Patch and Software Release management, DNS tools etc.
- Experience in any of the agile methodologies will be an added advantage
Poste 3 : HR Advisor
Job Summary
The HR advisor will be the first port of call for all recruitment, ensuring the sourcing of the best talent for Guaranty Trust Holding Company – this will include advising business heads on the most effective ways to workforce plan for their function. The HR advisor will also assist with employee relations, from disciplinary and grievance processes to employee engagement activities. The HR advisor is also responsible for ensuring all policies and procedures are consistent and relevant, and that all HR queries are dealt with promptly and reliably.

- Provide an efficient, effective, and customer-focused HR service which supports all aspects of an employee’s relationship and engagement with Guaranty Trust, including recruitment, terms and conditions of employment, and training and development activities.
- Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of exceptional talent.
- Build effective working relationships with staff at all levels, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and HR related issues to support understanding and ensure effective communication of good HR practices.

- Experience designing, developing, and supporting organization-wide programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics, and relationship management.
- Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.
- Experience in different avenues for talent acquisition e.g., social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs.
- Professional certification in Human Capital from any of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Nigeria, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) UK
- Experience in financial services or management consultancy, a plus
