Les propriétaires de petites entreprises comptent sur les prêteurs qui facturent des taux exorbitants. Les parents passent des heures à faire la queue pour payer les frais de scolarité en espèces.
Nous résolvons ce problème en créant des services financiers qui fonctionnent : pas de frais de compte, disponibles instantanément et acceptés partout. Dans les endroits où l’électricité, l’eau et les routes ne fonctionnent pas toujours, vous pouvez toujours envoyer de l’argent avec Wave. En novembre 2017, nous avons lancé une application mobile au Sénégal pour les dépôts d’espèces, les retraits et les paiements peer-to-peer et professionnels. En 2019, nous nous sommes étendus à la Côte d’Ivoire. Maintenant, nous avons des millions d’utilisateurs et nous nous développons rapidement. We’re looking for a Field Audit Lead who’s resourceful and excited about getting things done.
You’ll be responsible for assessing our agent network on an ongoing basis and identifying weaknesses in order to provide us with relevant data likely to help improve our service quality and improve our agent network reliability.
In this role, you’ll be expected to :
• Supervise a team working to maintain a high-quality network of agent
• Plan and establish a field audit program to visit all agents on a periodic basis
• Coordinate the implementation of the field audit visits planned
• Report on agent network level of risk and adherence to policies
• Coordinate with operational team to ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Iterate and assist improve the agent management strategies in place
• Other internal audit admin tasks may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
• Fluency in English and French
• Relevant experience in field auditing
• Good track record of leading effectively field teams of at least 15 persons
• 5 years experience
• Communicate effectively and often, both in writing and in-person
• Result-oriented, with an engaging personality and a good ability to build trust.
• Great at data gathering, reporting and analytics to draw insightful conclusions
