POSTE 1 : Brand Manager Fuels & CR
Description
Job Purpose:
Responsible for developing plans and executing projects and initiatives that support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy in fuel and CR areas. Works in collaboration with other internal stakeholders to ensure that the brand remains relevant to consumers and that all initiatives support the brand promise. Additionally, takes a lead in managing vendor partners and communication agencies, and all aspects of their projects.
Principal Accountabilities:
Marketing Plan
- Create and execute the brand strategies and marketing plans for the brands, including managing both the existing product portfolio and new product launches
- Leading the strategic planning process for the assigned brands based on key consumer insights to enhance current portfolio and improve communication with consumers.
- Manages the day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including, project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign preparation, implementation and follow up. Reporting of post campaign.
- Leverage knowledge of business, category and brand marketing strategy into actionable marketing strategies and plans to deliver against the company’s business objectives.
- Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, editorial, marketing, design, and operations to develop, coordinate and execute specific marketing plans for each assigned title.
- Implementing the marketing plans by working with internal and external suppliers to deliver in a timely manner and on budget.
- Participate in key sales and marketing presentations as necessary.
- Responsible for the implementation of a competitively advantaged, affordable and exciting Loyalty scheme in the agreed scope.
- Designs & implements attractive and successful promotions that meet ROMI expectations and achieve business & marketing objectives.
Brand
- Maintains brand integrity across product lines, advertising, and all other internal and external communication as it pertains to assigned brand.
- Develops and manages the Brand platform to include a definition of the brand vision, promise and value proposition as well as positioning, personality, voice, tone and manner, behaviors.
- Be the most knowledgeable resource in the company as it relates to the brands and champion the brand throughout the organization, with partners and external agencies.
- Manage brand guidelines to ensure all vendors and internal audiences follow them and update them as necessary.
- Assist in monitoring brand health metrics and support the development of new brand tracking across businesses.
Media/Advertising
- Works closely with all relevant Media departments to integrate media mix plans.
- Develop and execute national advertising and promotional activities to effectively communicate the strategic positioning and lifecycle development of products to customers.
- Assist with management of third-party agencies.
Research
- Lead insight gathering research into consumers and competitive category to secure knowledge that can be utilized to enhance and evolve the brand. Leverage consumer insights to develop brand and product positioning.
- Produces competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors.
- Working closely with distribution partners and Marketing Research companies to obtain relevant information, including the development and implementation of brand audit studies and focus groups.
Financials
- Monitoring and analyzing business performance vis-à-vis business goals (awareness, share of markets, consumer diagnostics, profitability, etc.) and the competition.
- Assist with financial projections and budgeting process.
- Manage budgets and financial related to marketing campaigns.
Key Challenges:
- The incumbent will be responsible for driving forward the business in the OU Structure and will need to work very closely with other sales, financial, technical, operation and marketing colleagues.
- Implement Marketing programs in order to improve the profitability of the business
- Highly mobile role, will need to spend significant time traveling in the Country.
Will need to work effectively with Local staff and with Pan African Marketing, Technical and other functions.

POSTE 2 : HSSEQ Implementer
Description
Job Purpose:
This position cover all the HSSEQ support needs to the business (Retail & B2B) and Corporate.
- Identify and manage Retail risks across the Guinea Retail&B2B network and provide support to enable staff/retailers/contractors fully implement Standards/Procedures to manage risks to ALARP.
- Double hat as HSSEQ focal point in all retail projects in collaboration with the engineering team
- Coordinate Compliance audits and licenses required under Vivo Energy standards as well as the bylaws of the local county governments.
- Carry out onsite HSSEQ trainings, toolbox talks, TNTs, and foundation trainings.
- Support new joiners HSSEQ induction and refresh for mandatory training for all staff.
- Assist for the Head Office and corporate sites HSSEQ compliance.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Facilitate HEMP for all Retail &B2B activities, contribute to risk studies, identify controls, and allocate responsibilities for control measures.
- Follow up on Retail &B2B HSSEQ Implementation by the whole team via the HSSEQ plan.
- Coordinate gap identification from TNT, Side Audits, and inspections.
- Support Retail Trainer in cascading HSSEQ training to CSAs and QMs
- Plan and track Retail & B2B HSSEQ contractors’ management through Permit to Work Implementation, Contractors Reviews, Green banding, Pre-Qualification, Permit to Work Holders’ Training, Permit to Work Audits and Gap Closure.
- Carry out Incident reporting and investigation with territory managers, engineers, and Contractors.
- Carry out regular audits in Retail sites, projects, CR and at site handover/pre-commissioning.
- Coordinate Compliance annual audits NERA, VTR – SRA, Risk Assessment Audits
- Follow up with TM and Retailers on Closure of regulatory compliance items and internal audit items.
- Coordinate NEMA EDL License applications.
- Monitoring/Corrective Actions from Incident reports and audits
- Collate Retail & B2B HSSEQ performance on monthly basis, agree corrective action plans with Retail Manager and Commercial Manager and contribute to achievement of continuous improvement.
- Provide support to Retail Manager & Commercial Manager and HSSEQ Manager for monthly, annual HSSEQ reporting and assurance and monitor implementation of action items for continuous improvement.
Key Challenges:
- Ensure Retailers implement all areas of the Customer Commitment and ensure compliance with the Site Operations/HSSEQ standards, contracts, and manuals.
- The overall emphasis will be on adding value through passionately driving the implementation of HSSEQ best practices in the Retail & B2B, ultimately resulting in business success through HSSEQ excellence.
- Incumbent will work to improve Contractor Safety, PTW, winning hearts & minds of contractors, and contribute towards achieving VEK’s commitment of no harm to people
Requirements
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experiences:
- The job is suited to a highly motivated line or HSSEQ professional, with line/operational experience and excellent communication skills (ideal for “flow-through” experience for high hands-on staff). The ultimate aim to ensure compliance with ISO IMS 9001, 14001 and 45001.
- A university graduate of science or engineering with awareness in HSSEQ
- A graduate in an OHS Certificate or Diploma (NEBOSH) as an added advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in HSSEQ, technical or operational role.

POSTE 3 : CR & ONFR Manager
Description
Job Purpose:
Vivo Energy is seeking to create a step change in performance of the CR business.
The purpose of the role is to implement the Convenience Retail growth strategy through the development and implementation of an OU specific Convenience Retail plan.
This includes:
- Extending the CR footprint and offers
- An aggressive store refurbishment program
- Implementing Category and supplier management plans to maximize income.
- Negotiating and managing food partners, other alliances, and agencies
- Performing performance analysis for continuous improvement to optimize return on investment and assets.
- Introducing site systems, changes to the retailer contracts, and raising capability levels within the organization.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Develops and owns an OU specific Convenience Retail plan based on the Convenience Retail strategic framework.
- Delivers the annual OU CR C3 margin budget across all income streams.

Description
Job Purpose:
- Ensure that CSC structuration and activities are compliant with CSOM (Customer Service Operating Model)
- Manage CSC activities in order to maintain a high quality of service, treating all customers’ operational needs in one place
