For our client, an international organisation active in the Agricultural industry, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to be based in Bouaké. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible of all the flux produced by the factory and bought for exportation.
Poste 1 : Warehous Manager (Cashew Industry) Bouaké
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the receipt, dispatching, and storage of goods
- Manage warehouse staff, vehicles and other equipment
- Oversee security, sanitation, and administrative functions
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities
- Determine inventory management, gate processes and shipping
- Accurate and timely movement of products in and out of warehouse
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse in a professional manner
- Unloading and loading of all trucks
- Inspection of incoming and outgoing totes in collaboration with the Quality Manager
- Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
SKILLS & PROFILE
- Master degree in Logistics, Finance or equivalent
- 5-10 years’ experience in Warehouse Management
- Experience in the cashew sector is a must have
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
- Proficient computer skills and excellent Excel user
- Must be able to attain a forklift license.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent level in French and English
- Demonstrated strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills and ability to manage staff

Poste 2 : Finance Manager
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the overall financial plans and accounting practice
- Together with the Country Director, develop an annual operating plan and financial budget that support the Corporation’s long-term strategy
- Define and recommend pricing schemes
- Provide financial analysis support for critical decision-making
- Ensure financial compliance with policies and procedures and legal rules and regulations
- Be fiduciary responsibility for the financial health of the organization
- Manage cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability
- Hire, build, train, develop and manage a team of up to 3 people in the finance department
- Works with other executives to establish priorities for the planning process
- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place
- Identifies opportunities for expansion into new product areas.
SKILLS & PROFILE
- Master degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing complex financial and administrative activities
- Familiar with capital development, planning, programming, and budgeting systems
- Excel super user and familiar with ERP and accounting software
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent level in French and English
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills
- Comfortable in working in a multi countries and cultures environment
- Strong ability to build and lead a small team of skilled professionals
- Experience in the cashew is a strong asset
- Experience in the agribusiness dealing with high volume is a must-have
