Poste 1 :  Team Member, E-Fraud Monitoring

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE: We are looking for a candidate with in-depth knowledge in IT Governance Practice, IT security fundamentals and practice to monitor and flag fraudulent card transactions.

Our ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of related experience.

JOB OBJECTIVE (S):

Conduct thorough review and analysis of all transactions that are flagged on the card fraud management platforms to ascertain their integrity and authenticity. It also involves timely and proactive assessment of the effectiveness of the set rules and continuous dimensioning of the various fraud scenarios across all card schemes and performing root cause analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that team members conduct continuous review of all flagged transactions on card fraud management tools.
  • Ensure that customers are contacted on a timely manner to confirm the authenticity of flagged transactions
  • Follow-up on escalation of suspicious transactions but unreachable customers to account holding branches.
  • Confirm that compromised cards are promptly blocked.
  • Ensure immediate logging of fraud cases for investigation to fraud & investigation on customer complaint management (CCM)
  • Periodic review of rules to cater for the dynamism of fraud patterns
  • Daily reporting of all cases treated in the approved format
  • Periodic gap analysis and correlation of all card fraud incidences
  • Proper documentation of events and issues
  • Periodic reporting of team activities and achievement to the management (board risk, IT steering committee and department)
  • Follow-up with the supporting vendors to ensure optimum availability and integrity of the various card fraud monitoring tools
  • Follow-up on reported security incident to resolution

POSTE 2 :  Team Member, User Access And Administration

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE: We are looking for a candidate with detailed and extensive working knowledge of intranet mailing facility and the core & ancillary banking applications deployed by the bank.

Our ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years related experience.

 JOB OBJECTIVE (S):

  • To provide centralized creation, amendment, deactivation etc. of users on all banking support applications in the Bank.
  • To provide control counseling, advisory and decision support service including risk based performance management on user activities in the Bank.
  • To create and improve homogenous control culture in user administration functions that aligns with the Bank’s Control and business objectives.
  • Strong relationship building

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that system access provisioning are in line with policy/procedure/regulatory compliance
  • Ensure strict compliance with the bank’s logical access controls, security management policies and information security policies in the day to day activities of all Users in the bank.
  • Ensure that all user functions are properly executed in line with service level agreements and the bank’s information security policies.
  • Strict compliance with user maintenance service benchmarks with business units
  • Ensure that Users of all critical and vital applications in the bank are centrally maintained, controlled and valid.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of all open issues in the audit report, management letter, regulatory examiners report and other statutory examiners report involving user administration in the bank.
  • Ensure prompt and qualitative rendition of relevant control reports to the Team Lead, User Access Management. Department including the monthly control situation report, adhoc unusual incidence report etc.
  • Ensure that all system access is duly authorized by the bank’s approved authorizer
  • Ensure all exited staff are delete/disabled in a timely manner
  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor

Poste 3 : Senior Swift Application Support

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE: We are looking for a candidate with in-depth knowledge of good business continuity and disaster recovery operations of Swift Applications.

Our ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of supporting and managing Swift Applications with at least 7 years of related experience.

JOB OBJECTIVE (S):

  • To ensure continuous uninterrupted operation of Swift Support Application Enterprise wide within the frame of the agreed service levels through best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support Swift Services Support, and associated hardware.
  • Analyse existing operations and make recommendations for the improvement with regards to Capacity management / Service Improvement.
  • Ensure timely understanding of any new software integration into company systems.
  • Ensure preventative maintenance, including the installation of service packs, patches, hot fixes, anti-virus software is carried out as and when due.
  • Ensure smooth running and availability of 99.99 Swift Services Support 24 x 7×365.
  • Manage assigned program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
  • Operate within established service level agreements with business units.  IT asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation.
  • Ensure proper understanding of documented Swift Services Support process/procedures and Configuration items
  • Take necessary and prompt corrective actions to ensure the achievement of set objectives.
  • To ensure continuous uninterrupted support of Swift Services Support Application Enterprise wide within the frame of the agreed service levels through best practices.
  • Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery operations of Swift Services Support Application Enterprise wide and ensure there is 99.99% service Availability and zero data loss in the event of disaster events.
  • Apply proven communication and Service Management skills on issues related to the support of Swift Services Support Application Enterprise wide.
