You will work within the Financial Direction of TotalEnergies Gabon and will be part of the Budget and Reporting team.
The offered job will give you the opportunity to develop a transversal view of EP Finance and to discover an EP affiliate.
Your main missions will be:
Monthly reporting – Analytical review:
- J+4 each month, perform affiliate M-1 reporting to HQ according to IFRS standards), including Forecast (revised budget) for specific periods;
- Update this monthly reporting process model and ensure the data from databases (SAP, BW and Essbase)
- Provide analysis on all financial aggregates for specific periods, and include them in the affiliate dashboard;
- Ensure permanent assistance to our Headquarter geographical correspondent for all affiliate related requests;
- Assist Budget and Reporting manager during budget exercise / consolidation;
- Contribute to budget standards tools development, budget booklet and presentation preparation;
- Work closely with Cost control, JV accounting and operational teams of the affiliate;
- Prepare the Budget & Reporting SOX controls.
Context and environment
The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates and the affiliate will provide an accomodation.
