  • Supervise and/or carry out controls that make it possible to assess the level of compliance of products and services compared to the laws, regulations in force in Benin.

  • Provide advisory and assistance to operational management on PPPs (Policies, Processes and Procedures) including on the monitoring of Policies’ life cycle.
  • Monitor Compliance to Policies through Compliance reviews.
  • Manage the Central repository of PPPs.
  • Ensure PPPs are adequately communicated, and that training and awareness is completed for all the policies.

Missions

  • Assister le « Device manager » dans la mise en œuvre et l’exécution des stratégies pour accroître la taille des abonnés et la pénétration de l’internet sur le marché
  • Assurer une veille concurrentielle et technologique pour garantir un portefeuille d’offres adaptées aux besoins du marché et aux progrès technologiques
  • Organiser les tests techniques des équipements connectés et smartphones
  • Garantir que seuls les nouveaux produits et services contrôlés sont soumis à l’homologation du régulateur (ARCEP)
  • Proposer des stratégies pour augmenter le chiffre d’affaires des smartphones et autres équipements connectés
  • Négocier avec différents fournisseurs locaux et étrangers
  • Suivre les stocks et éviter les ruptures
  • Réaliser tous les objectifs d’acquisitions des bases d’abonnés actifs
