Exercer les fonctions de PIC/SIC d’un Cessna 208. Responsable de l’exécution sûre et légale des vols ISR sur des sites désignés en Afrique, conformément aux procédures opérationnelles de l’entreprise, aux politiques des Nations Unies, aux règles applicables du pays hôte et à la réglementation fédérale de l’aviation.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to :
-
- Operate aircraft in accordance with applicable regulations, and program/corporate policies and theater procedures
- Note and communicate aircraft deficiencies for maintenance review and correction
- Perform duties as PIC/SIC in IMC/Day/Night to provide maximum station time
- Position the aircraft to maximize MSO efficiency.
- Perform flight, performance, weight and balance and fuel planning as required to complete the mission safely and effectively.
- Prepare and monitor flight schedule/maintain pilot records
- Other duties as assigned
RequirementsMinimum RequirementsKnowledge And SkillsThe required skills and knowledge include:PIC Minimum Qualifications-
- FAA Commercial Single Engine Land / Instrument Rated
- 2nd class FAA medical
- Flight Hours:
- 750 Total Time (any airframe)
- 500 PIC (any airframe)
- 200 in Category / Class (100 hours SE Turboprop)
- 100 conducting similar type operations (i.e. ISR, survey)
Note: Flight hours must be on resume for items 1-4SIC Minimum Qualifications-
- FAA Commercial Single Engine Land / Instrument Rated
- 2nd class FAA medical
- Flight Hours:
- 300 Total Time (any airframe)
- 100 PIC (any airframe)
- 50 in Category / Class (SE Turboprop)
- Experience similar operation (i.e. ISR, survey)
Note: Flight hours must be on resume for items 1-4EducationThe minimum level of education required is a High school diploma.Desired RequirementsThe desired skills, knowledge, and education include:Strong preference for
- G-1000 experience
- Former US military or government law enforcement
- Prior overseas rotation experience
- Radio Telephone Operators Permit
- Experience supporting United Nations operations
- Africa flight operations experience
- NVG qualified ASEL
- CFI/CFII
- 250 hours in the last 12 months
- 500 hours Single pilot experience
- Instrument current
- M odern glass cockpit experience
- French/Doula/Arabic speaker
- Microsoft Office/365 proficient (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint)
Other QualificationsOutside of the above, other certifications, licenses, or clearances include:
- Candidates will be subject to a post-offer, pre-hire, pre-deployment medical assessment
- Be a U.S. citizen
- Possess a valid passport with at least six months remaining and three blank pages.
- Able to live and work in an austere environment .
- Must pass a Background check
Duty Environment
- Able to work in hardship and hazardous locations.
- Candidate should expect to be hired on a probationary period for the duration of first OCONUS rotation.
- Willing to share billeting accommodations with multiple members.
- Must adhere to all United Nations and company regulations.
Travel
- 50% or more during the course of the year.
- Must maintain a flexible travel schedule. Travel which may include austere environments.
- Be willing to travel for long periods of time, work long hours and / or non-regular hours with minimal notice.
