• Collect, analyze and use market intelligence to enhance understanding and knowledge of customer needs and pain points

• Leverage understanding of business environment and owned customers business, needs and pain points to develop and support designated sales strategy

• Pro-actively search, qualify, develop and engage into new customer relationships
• Identify account needs, opportunities and key buying factors for existing customers, and formalize those into account plans and strategies
• Ensure full penetration into and mapping of customers organization
• Own the overall customer relationship for existing customers, as well as potential new customers.
• Good product and market, competitor and industry trends knowledge.
• 5+ years’ experience in sales or business development within Logistics and Services.
• Excellent understanding of logistics solutions and operations covering all modes of international transportation, warehousing and distribution, e-commerce, Logistics solutions.
• Proficient in stakeholder management with proven capability to build strong networks and influence decision makers in a matrix organization structure.
• Self-starter, self-motivator, comfortable with high level of autonomy, while also a team player.
• Good command in English both in written and oral and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

SALES EXECUTIVE (Togo)
Opportunity
As Sales Representative you will be responsible for the commercial and financial development of a portfolio of clients focusing on supply chain solutions and partnership to achieve long term success.
You will be expected to:
• Build a strong, profitable and value-based sales approach, with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.
• Drive effective sales initiatives resulting in revenue creation for both ocean and logistics services, contributing to top line growth.
•In this position, the successful candidate will have an opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge in Commercial activities with enhanced exposure to Maersk end to end logistics products and value proposition.
•Pro-actively search, qualify, develop and engage into new customer relationships.
•Identify account needs, opportunities and key buying factors for existing customers, and formalize those into account plans and strategies.
•Ensure full penetration into and mapping of customers organization.
•Seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
•Own the overall customer relationship for existing customers, as well as potential new customers.
•Effectively handover to Customer Service, Operations, Finance etc for terms and conditions agreed with customers in their contracts.
•Actively engage Customer Service into the customer relationship to ensure customers know relevant contact points in case of service failures.

•3-5+ years experience in sales within the Logistics and Services.

The Rewards Deployment Specialist will ensure a great employee experience through providing specialist support to the benefits processes across functions, brands and geographies. This regional role will cover the following countries: Senegal, Cape Verde, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania and Sierra Leone.
The role is based in Senegal and will cover the North West Africa region. You will work closely with the People Partnering Hub, a truly international HR support centre where you will learn from and build lasting relationships with colleagues from all over the world. – Act as the expert on benefits programs for the supported countries
– Resolve complex benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests in a timely manner
– Drive alignment of benefits processes across brands and countries
– Manage benefits platform, if any, and create and store benefits policy documents in relevant systems (e.g. Workday and ServiceNow HR)
Liaise with other functions in and outside of HR as required
– Support People Advisors on complex benefits-related matters
– Support Rewards Specialist in Rewards activities where relevant and needed (implementation of new benefits, compliance, benefits analysis, benchmarking)
– Support Global benefits program roll outs like: WorkFlex , EAP, Wellbeing activities
Vendor Management
– Manage the relationships with Vendors
As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
– 5 – 8 years´ experience in compensation & benefits processes, within a complex international organization
– Experience of implementing or using a leading global HR system with advanced compensation/benefits functionalities
– Collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions
– Highly analytical approach with a strong eye for detail
– Structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timescales and scope
– Experience in large international organisations and ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix.
– Fluency in English (other key regional languages beneficial but not essential)
