Experience
Essential: Au minimum une (01) annee d’experience professionnelle progressive a un poste de responsabilite avec un accent sur la gestion des ressources humaines et les domaines de planification dans les organisations internationales.
Desirable: – Une experience professionnelle de la gestion des ressources humaines dans le systeme des Nations Unies, organisations internationales ou ONG- Une Experience en gestion de projet – Une bonne connaissance des systemes ERP.
Skills
– Tres bonne connaissance des theories et des principes de gestion des ressources humaines ;- Aptitude a interpreter le reglement du personnel et les politiques du personnel et a determiner les droits ;- Aptitude a conseiller et a communiquer efficacement ;- Competences averees en matiere de supervision ;- Capacite a nouer et a entretenir de bonnes relations avec des personnes de differentes nationalites a differents niveaux.

REMUNERATION
Remuneration comprises an annual base salary starting at XOF 16,240,000 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
