Poste 1 : SENIOR CARGO ASSISTANT – Ghana – 220000GK

Job Purpose
Enhance the quality control measures in Cargo Products and solutions by constant monitoring of performance and analysis of service failures. Provide regular feedback to the Officers and assist them in reviewing and implementing enhanced procedures. · Take stock of contractual commitments for all courier, , express and other priority products and solutions in terms of space allocation, acceptance and delivery and regularly review the actual performance against the commitment. · Liaise closely with Capcon for space confirmation by reviewing the utilisation against the blocked space and review the requests for new allocation. · Disseminate relevant information regarding the changes in allocation, policies and procedures to all the operational sections such as Hub ops, Ground services and , EHC(Express Handling Centre), Frequently visit all the operational areas at the hub to closely monitor the movement of courier and priority products and identify specific service requirements such as bags requiring quick ramp transfer, speedy transfer to Courier facilities and ensure these services are carried out regularly. Keep Cargo Controllers and Duty Managers updated on any deviations. · Assist in organising periodic customer liaison meetings with major courier companies identify issues and business opportunities and follow up to improve revenue generation. · Prepare various statistical reports indicating revenue performance, and analyse variations and update officers and line Manager. Implement recommendations to improve performance and service levels. · Coordinate with internal departments such as Revenue accounts, credit control in order to assist stations to resolve issues such as under collections, tariff clarifications etc. · Assist the Manager and Cargo Officers in collecting information for the preparation of the annual budget for, courier and priority products. · Maintain a proper filing system for quick recovery for audit or any other reference purpose. · Maintain a detailed record of service recovery expenditure and claims for the courier and express products for expense budget planning. · Review the daily CLS (Cargo Load Summary) reports with regard to sector yields of all products and analyse variations if any and take corrective measures liaising with Pricing.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience · Logistics/Cargo.Other 3+ Years Qualification · 10 Years schooling or equivalent Knowledge/Skills · Knowledge/skills: – Good knowledge of cargo operations and/or sales. – Computer literacy, good interpersonal and communications skills. – Strong analytical skills Candidate should have the right to live and work in Ghana

Poste 2 : CARGO MANAGER – Guinea – 220000NE
Job Purpose
To create maximum awareness in the market and to maintain sales and service standards according to company procedure, in order to optimise revenue, tonnage and yield. Responsible for all aspects of control of export and import operations within the territory. Job Outline: – Manage cargo employees in compliance with corporate and local regulations, policies and procedures to ensure the development of a disciplined, skilled and motivated work force. – Identify objectives and implement strategies for sales and operational activities within the assigned territory. Recommend to Head Office sales policies, pricing and marketing activities relevant to the local market – Undertake sales and other commercial activities to meet corporate revenue, tonnage and yield objectives. Identify and develop new customer segments (e.g. road feeder, offline activities). Negotiate tonnage and revenue agreements with new and existing clients within the region. – Identify local trends and provide timely feedback on market conditions with respect to pricing and competitor activities. – Provide periodic reports on commercial contacts, the rate of attainment against objectives and the effectiveness of the station performance (route and point of sale) – Through pro-active communication, ensure agents and other customers are apprised of Emirates SkyCargo products, services, and e-business capabilities, thereby contributing to enhanced customer service standards, repeat business and customer loyalty. – Coordinate with cargo employees, handling agents, airport authorities and other suppliers to ensure that they are conversant with EK’s operational requirements and procedures (including Special Handling) in order to maximise cargo uplifts and optimise the utilisation of capacity with the requisite service standards, cost efficiencies and revenue generation. – Disseminate information and procedures relating to the acceptance and carriage of air cargo to customers within the territory to ensure compliance with policy and safety standards. Ensure compliance with company and industry rules, policies and procedures for safe, secure and efficient operations. – Contribute to the compilation and production of annual revenue and expenditure budgets for the department with the objective of increasing productivity and profitability.
Qualifications & Experience
Logistics/Cargo.Air Cargo : 5+ Years Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) : Educated to Degree (or equivalent) with at least 5 years? experience in a Cargo Operations & Sales environment, including at least 3 years at a supervisory level. Knowledge/skills: – Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations and Advanced Load Control and currently holds / has previously held licences in these areas – Knowledge of the local area cargo environment – Proven ability to lead and develop staff – Strong presentation and negotiation skills – PC based skills including Microsoft Word/ Excel/ E-mail/ Powerpoint – Valid driving license – Fluency in English and the language of the country you are working is essential Other job related information The job holder is also responsible for adhering to the relevant health and safety requirements and safe working practices applicable to their employment Candidate should have the right to live & work in Guinea
Poste 3 : CUSTOMER SALES & SERVICE AGENT I – Abuja – 220001E1
Job Purpose
To provide the highest level of service in order to sell Emirates airline tickets and services and to assist customers with managing their travel plans. Work as part of a team to achieve individual, station and network Commercial objectives. Job Outline: – Ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided to Emirates customers, provide them with details on Emirates fares and actively issue online tickets and sell related products by identifying customer needs through rapport building, actively seeking out sales opportunities and promoting all Emirates related products. Ensure set service quality levels are achieved for all customer interactions – Issue Emirates tickets to customers ensuring that all necessary airline rules and regulations are incorporated and that the customer request is met in order to provide them with excellent service. Highlight to customers the relevant requirements covering their journey such as passport, visa & health requirements and other details such as check-in place and time. – Actively enhance Emirates revenue earnings by providing options to customer on all products and services such as Skywards membership, DBB, Dubai stopovers, hotel bookings and upgraded fares. – Keep abreast of Emirates Group news and updates to ensure relevant professional and company standards are maintained. – Retail Office only – Ensure that all necessary ticket related documentation is filed, time tables updated, brochures, sale and promotional material is properly displayed on individual counters, providing various options to the customer which will assist in increasing sales. – Support the Customer Sales & Service Team Leader on closing the end of day sales and banking monies received. – Support Travel Agents by assisting them in making bookings with special arrangements. Advise and guide Travel Agents on quoting special fares and completing ticketing formalities. Fulfil Emirates online queries and other complex activities such as medical cases and special services.
Qualifications & Experience
Commercial/Sales.Other : : Educated to at least GCSE or O Level standard or equivalent. 2+ years in a contact centre or reservations office environment within the airline or travel industry or completion of a Diploma/Degree in Travel and Tourism. Knowledge/skills: PC based skills to operate Windows package including Microsoft Word/ Excel/ E-mail. Other languages besides English: As some Contact Centres deal with multi – lingual calls, fluency in a required language will be advantageous. Candidate should have the right to work & live in Abuja
