The U.S. Embassy in Cotonou is secking two individuals for two Voucher Examiner positions in the Embassy Financial Management Section.
Required qualifications :
- Two years of university level studies.
- Four (4) years of progressive experience in the field of allotment accounting, general accounting, or bookkeeping, auditing, or relata accounting work.
- English level III (Good Working Knowledge) Reading/Writing/Speaking is required.
- French level III (Good Working Knowledge) Reading/WritinWSpeaking is required.
- Fon level II (Limited knowledge) Written & Spoken is required.
- Must possess strong basic knowledge of accounting principles and the accounts payable/vouchering process. lncumbent must k able to manage Post’s cashier operations.
- Strong computation, analytical and organizational skills arc required along with excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word and ability to effectively manage technical applications relating to finance.
