POSTE 1 : Area Continuous Improvement Subject Matter Expert (Cameroun)
Opportunity
The Area Continuous Improvement Subject Matter Expert is the process and systems expert, the first point of contact for superusers and the counter part of regional SMEs for applications & processes development.
He/she is accountable for local process execution capabilities, process standardization, system functionality and first line support.
Responsibilities:
- Train and advise users – Global and local product processes and practices; global and local applications and all integration points; support process, SLA & escalation procedures;
- Support customer service team in driving and implementing process and system improvements with the ultimate goal to deliver better productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
- Up-stream and down-stream communication on Super Users community matters;
- Act as first level support for local Superusers and resolve issues faced;
- Secure right and sustained knowledge level in CSO as well as global SOPs adherence and systems use as per design;
- Implement systems developments
- Operationally owns the system change request for the Area
- Supports the development of new (digital) Products
Critical Competencies:
- In depth knowledge of processes and supporting applications;
- Ability to train and assist end user and the organisation in optimally utilizing applications;
- Continuous improvement mindset;
- Experienced in working with documents like IOPs/QRGs (storage network/reference guides) capable to create such, adhere and self-train;
- Right sense of urgency, without compromising on quality;
- Capable of understanding big picture of priorities and global constraints;
- Project management and Lean certifications a plus;
- English and French required.
