POSTE 1: Site Manager
Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand new greenfield warehouse and be part of our growing warehouse footprint in the region. The site WnD manager is fully accountable for P&L and operations of the Warehousing and Distribution products for the site, having business development & operational ownership. You will be supporting and enabling the Maersk WnD product families and value proposition to our clients being either stand alone or part of a global supply chain solution.
Profit & Loss
- P&L responsible for the site. Covering all products and clients offered at this site
- New and existing customer management
- Contract management
- Site performance (cost/utilization)
- Continuous improvement & optimization of assets
- Investment proposals and follow up on the same
Product
- Execution of WND strategy for site in alignment with area WnD head
- Business development aligned with strategy
- Develop new customers by liaising with area sales
- Site implementation
- Growth targets
- Product mix
- Tender handling support to area WnD head
- Expand business footprint while ensuring profitable growth
- Customization and localization of the products within the framework
Operational excellence
- Manage the operations of the location

Who we are looking for
- Extensive Warehouse and Distribution experience at both – commercial and operational – levels
- People and talent development experience
- Collaboration and influencing skills
- Local market knowledge
- Financial acumen – ability to read, interpret and act on P&L
- Self directed/entrepreneurial
- Stakeholder management & collaboration in a matrix organization
- Experience in dealing with customers
- English and French required.
POSTE 2: Agent d’exécution du transport terrestre
Opportunity
preferred or line-approved routings while providing the highest level
of customer satisfaction. Takes the initiative to improve inland
operation processes and implement methods to drive intermodal costs down.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning deliveries (local and Transit)
- Communicating with vendors and transit stakeholders
- Plan and execute operations as per the requirements of customers and the organization
- Provide regular/timely updates to Multi-carrier Team on the status of all the files validated (consolidated in an Excel report)
- Collect invoices on time and submit to approval the same day to avoid increasing the workflow ageing
- Follow up closely all the payment requests to ensure that they are settled in 48 hours max.
- Ensure a timely file transmission to Multi-carrier Team after the delivery for CMR files and the Gate in ICD for Hinterland with all the necessary documents and a list of all invoices settled
- Avoid as much as possible the costs absorption. If it happens, consolidate all the cases on a weekly basis and analyze the reasons, suggest actions for improvement
- Exercise “constant care” as best policy and be committed to Maersk quality concept.
We are Looking for:
- 2 or 3 years’ experience in Logistics and Services, particularly Landside transportation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Very organized, proactive, and dynamic
- Understanding of the local market landscape
- Excellent analytical mindset, able to work with data in excel
- Cost conscious
- Basic English required
