Key responsibilities:
- Update, maintain and monitor Contracts KPI with external vendor.
- Generate Maintenance Key Figures for cost optimization and monitor key figure calculation.
- Assess and address equipment operator skill variance.
- Ensure effective control of maintenance costs.
- Build a Work Instruction for all Equipment operator.
- Develop equipment pre-operational check list.
- Handle all maintenance request and set up maintenance schedule of assets.
- Develop PS and Strategic skill management
- Provide regular training to relevant staff in line with APMT standard.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance (port, operation management…).
- Engineering Degree in relevant field.
- Continuous improvement experience (Six Sigma) is an advantage.
- Fluent French and conversational English is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility with new situations and conflicts, and creativity in adapting to change.
- Project management and team management (leadership) skills.
- Analytical skills with attention to details.
- Customer focus with high consultancy / advisory skills, service orientation, and ability to produce results.
