About the role

As Brand to Store Business developer. In particular you will:

  • Launch the « brand to store » activity in the Ivorian market
  • Open and manage dedicated logistics facilities in target areas
  • Onboard relevant suppliers and assortment, Secure brands partnerships
  • Coordinate sales agents network (hire, train, incentivize)
  • Manage and optimize full PnL of the business

Requirements for the role

  • You have a master degree in business administration / commercial / Manager
  • Advanced degree preferred but not required
  • You have more than 5 years in the same position
  • You are smart, goal oriented
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Impeccable analytical skills
  • Ability to negotiate in flawless
  • Professional English
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Capacity to challenge and improve processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and competitive environment
