La Zone économique spéciale de Glo-Djigbé ou Zone industrielle de Glo-Djigbé, en abrégé est un territoire de l’arrondissement de la commune d’Abomey-Calavi, au Bénin où sont implantées plusieurs industries et sociétés de transformation et de production.
POSTE 1: QUALITY CONTROLLER
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Handling experience of testing like titratin, oil content, ffa, Ioading value, color, fibre, protein, moisture etc
- Handling experience of quality control soya seed
- Read and understand specifications & blueprints Recommend changes in the assembly or process
- Monitor operations to ensure their alignment with production standards Inspect, test, and measure new products Reject or accept finalized items
- Develop quality control points and inspection plans within the manufacturing process
- Create standard work instructions for detailed inspections
- Evaluate products and composite structures for acceptance criteria Initiate nonconformance process wherever necessary Keep logs of work and report on issues
- Other works as required by the Management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field
- 5 years’ experience working in Quality Control field, Laboratory, Testing etc.
- Good organizational, analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate in English and French.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Strong attention to detail. Ethical behavior. Friendly and professional demeanor
POSTE 2: Plant Operator
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Handling operation & maintenance experience of soya seed crushing
- Handling operation & maintenance of expeller, extruder, expender, pump, cracker, flacker, extractor, cooker, desolventise toaster, elevator, conveyor, cleaner, cestoner, cooling tower, chiller, etc…
- Conducting repairs aiming for maximum reliability
- Other works as when required by Management
- Keep logs of work and report on issues
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in industrial mechanic or related field
- 5 years’ experience minimum Experience in managing a team
- A strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines
- Very good communication skills Problem-solving ability
- Ethical behavior
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
