Poste 1 : Chef d’équipe, Règlement VISA
- Superviser et gérer les bureaux de règlement VISA conformément aux processus et procédures indiqués.
- Responsable d’un large éventail de tâches liées à la conception et à la mise en œuvre des produits VISA et des produits émergents.
- Principalement axé sur la résolution de problèmes uniques et complexes liés à la commercialisation des produits VISA qui impliquent des paiements mondiaux entre les entreprises et les consommateurs.
- Responsable d’appliquer les connaissances spécialisées de l’industrie mondiale des paiements pour concevoir des systèmes de règlement et des procédures d’exploitation VISA spécifiques aux produits.
DEVOIRS ET RESPONSABILITÉS
Supervise et assure le règlement rapide et précis de toutes les variantes de la carte VISA (Classic, Infinite, Gold, Premium et prépayée) sur les différents types de transactions (transactions nationales et internationales) et sur les canaux disponibles (ATM, POS et Web)
Assurer la supervision nécessaire du traitement rapide et précis de toutes les erreurs de distribution VISA, rétrofacturations, représentations, ajustements d’inversion de décaissement et remboursements tout en garantissant l’exactitude et l’attention aux détails.
Organiser et gérer le règlement des transactions liées au lien VISA First Pay
Faciliter le partenariat avec les parties prenantes interfonctionnelles démontrant une réflexion stratégique et des solutions dans l’équipe de surveillance et d’enquête, assurer l’examen, la résolution et l’exactitude des entrées de rapprochement sur les transactions et les comptes liés à VISA.
Gérer le téléchargement en temps opportun de tout le personnel hors cycle, le remboursement annuel et mensuel des cartes de crédit ainsi que le traitement des fichiers de téléchargement provenant d’autres sections de l’unité
Gère la comptabilisation correcte des frais, charges et revenus pour toutes les transactions VISA
Assure un financement rapide et précis du compte offshore Visa
Assurer la résolution rapide des écarts et des demandes de renseignements sur les comptes des clients et les règlements des commerçants liés aux transactions VISA
Surveiller et fermer tous les SLA émanant de l’activité de règlement VISA
Assurer un engagement approprié et adéquat des parties prenantes en cas de besoin
S’assure qu’une base de données des fichiers d’activité VISA est maintenue et mise à jour.
Revue avec Ebusiness et traitement de la facturation mensuelle de VISA International à la Banque (frais de formation, frais émetteur, frais acquéreur, etc.)
Supervises and prompt follow up on issues and challenges related to all visa related settlement and reconciliation activities
Review and recalibrate product papers on VISA products to suit market realities and trends to derive optimal product utilization and uptake.
Collaborate, establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams across various departments.
Evaluate and design recommendations for best practices and improvements to operational processes pertaining all VISA transactions in the bank.
Prioritizing, planning, and completing work within tight time constraints; may include work outside of normal business hours to meet a critical product or production deadline
Regularly collate and consolidate key performance indices and be able to highlight gaps and recommend remedial actions.
As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook.
Partner with Ebusiness in implementation of new projects and newly introduced products

Poste 2 : Head, Accounts Monitoring and Investigation
- Coordinates, manage and ensure that the Internal Reconciliation of E-Product operations activities comply with bank policies and standards.
- Coordinates, manage and ensure that the integrity of financial and non-financial records and applications systems as it relates to reconciliations
- Act as a review for outstanding items appearing on the reconciliation’s which are settlement of our international payments.
- Coordinates, manage and ensure that the system of internal control around banks and General Ledger reconciliation is adequate, effective and functioning properly.
- Coordinates, manage and ensure that the internal control around the department accounting activities is effective by ensuring that the financial transactions reported on the bank accounts are properly and accurately recorded appropriately.
- Coordinates, manage and ensure that the financial reports of the department activities are timely and accurate.
- Coordinates, manage and ensure that the reconciliation and clearance of all suspense and receivable/payable accounts in the general ledger are carried out properly and in a timely manner.
- Act as a review for outstanding items appearing on the reconciliation’s which are settlement of our international payments.
- Have input in the development of underlying processes, reports and systems to facilitate ongoing improvement in efficiency and quality of reconciliations processes.
- Manage information flows to and from other areas of finance and the business to resolve reconciliation queries.
- Act as representative of reconciliation team for projects and change processes impacting banking and reconciliation processes.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Co-ordinates the schedules, activities and functions of 4 reconciliation Team Leads
Co-ordinates the schedules and functions of the 4 reconciliation teams
Approval, in conjunction with Head, Eproduct settlement, of large tickets corrective entries after Investigation of outstanding items(open items).
Ensure that Reconciliation activities of E-Product operations complies with bank’s policies and standards.
Assist the Head, E-Product Operations by proffering and implementing solutions to issues leading to outstanding items.
Co-ordinates the preparation of the monthly consolidated provisioning on outstanding items
Manage, train, coach, supervise and mentor Reconciliation Team Leads for effective and efficient performance
Ensure that E-Product Operations activities and transactions are in compliance with bank policies and standards
Approves, in conjunction with Head, E-Product settlement, the monthly consolidated provisioning on outstanding items
Provide advisory and decision support services to the Head, E-Product Operations on Accounts
Ensure that E-Product Operations activities and transactions are in compliance with bank policies and standards
Proffer solutions to issues leading to outstanding items.
Prevention of provisioning as a result of open items on reconciliations
Ensure sound accounting on all transactions and ensure they are compliant with international standards
Ensure a close working relationship with all departments and colleagues, sharing information and working together to deliver a high-quality support to service users (internal and external customers)
Ensure the preparation of source and application of funds
Coordinate and oversee the daily matching process/ closure of open items on EPS accounts on TLM Corona
Review the monthly EPS proof of accounts sent to E business control team
Provide support on reconciliation of EPS GL accounts with GRU team.
Manage switches on delay and wrong settlement reports leading to open items in the EPS GL accounts.
Proactive charting of reconciliation process for new products
