CURE International is a Christian non-profit organization that is passionate about the physical and spiritual healing of disabled children in developing countries. It has been present in Niger since 2010, with the goal of contributing to the country.
CURE’s primary mission is to transform the lives of children with disabilities and their families around the world by providing physical and spiritual healing. Other services offered by CURE in its hospitals are medical education and advocacy for children with disabilities.
CURE’s primary focus is to provide quality surgical care to children with severe orthopedic and other disabilities (burns, cleft lip and palate).
The hospital is located in Niamey, in the Lazaret district, on Baaré Mainassara Boulevard, between the Total Route Ouallam station and the Baaré traffic circle. It has a capacity of 58 beds and two operating rooms and is the only hospital in Niger, through the CURE International network, specialized in pediatric and orthopedic surgery.
For the implementation of its activities in Niger, CURE Children’s Hospital in Niger is looking to recruit:
One (1) HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT.
QUALIFICATION :
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Human Resources Management, Law or a related field.
- Have previous experience in Human Resources
- Excellent writing skills in French and English
- Understand and speak English.
Profile required
- Ability to write administrative correspondence
- Ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner
- Mastery of computer tools
- Ability to write reports and keep up to date dashboards
- Drawing up tax and social security declarations
- Follow-up on the payment of social security contributions
- Administrative management of social benefits
- Mastery of specific tools for human resources management.
