ATI is recruiting a Chief Risk Officer (CRO).

The CRO is expected to be a business supportive and risk disciplined individual who provides oversight to the enterprise-wide risk management (ERM) strategy and framework that effectively translates the risk appetite framework into informed decision-making practices that support ATI’s unique business model and strategic plan.

S/he will bring strong technical expertise coupled with the leadership and excellent stakeholder skills.  Ideal candidates will have experience as a Chief Risk Officer, Chief Operating Officer or Chief Investment Officer having managed risks across an enterprise related to business, financial, investment, and operational (including Process, Cyber and Reputation risks). This experience will have been obtained consistently in the wholesale financial industry including corporate banks, reinsurers, export credit agencies or specialist risk insurance funds. A background in retail banking, life or consumer insurance products is unlikely to have helped gain the necessary specialist background ATI operates in.
