Key responsibilities
General and Task Management:
-Support the company in the purchase of goods, materials and services to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.
-Perform Stakeholder Management with technical organization through daily interactions and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
-Assist the team in data collection on supplier performance
-Manage supplier Invoice Queries and resolve in agreed time-scales
-Understand and deliver to stakeholder requirements
-Produce and maintain information on supplier non-conformance

The ideal candidate would look like the below:
Holds a bachelor’s degree and has service procurement background. experience (3-6 years) working in a purchasing team preferably within an automotive , industrial , manufacturing environment would be advantageous
Good knowledge of purchasing, negotiation, commercial understanding and cost breakdown
Experience of working closely with suppliers
Able to add value, reduce costs and input to business improvement
.Understand stakeholder management and can build rapport even in challenging situations with a mindset for conflict resolution
Must have the sense of urgency to address all pressing matters with key stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Preferred a broad knowledge on non- purchasing and logistics subjects, e.g. technical insight, logistics operations,
Agile behaviour and a Multitasker in a structured manner with an eye for the detail level necessary
Superb Excel skills and an intermediate level in English is a necessity
